I really Liked Fred Thompson

I really liked Fred Thompson on Meet The Press yesterday; that is until he began talking about Abortion and Gay Marriage. In one respect I agree that Banning all abortions would not be advisable. There are cases that I believe that the decision to abort is advisable, especially in the case of the mother's health and life. No law should prohibit the taking of an unborn when the Mother's life is at stake. I am still uncertain about incest and rape however. The issue Fred brought up however made no sense to me. He said that the teenagers would become criminals when they went to have an abortion. But I say that the Doctor's would be the criminals not the teenager. Secondly, Senator Thompson I have an issue with your stance on Gay Marriage. Basically you are legalizing sodomy and you will increase the divorce lawyers pocketbooks. The fact are as follows:
The failure, decline and ruination of every empire, counrty and civilization can be traced to debachery and immorality of it's people starting with the goverment's condoning such activity. Go and read up on your history, starting with Babylon who fell while the leaders were having a drunken orgy.
I understand exactly what your points were: that the federal government should not be involved in sanctioning private matters and that the states should have the right to decide on who can marry and who can have abortions and for what reason. Thus less Federal government. But for you, Senator Thompson to advocate gay marriage and abortion on demand goes against my beliefs.
here is something that you need to understand. I VOTE ON MY PRINCIPALS. I PUT MY SUPPORT ON THOSE WHO BELIEVE IN THE SAME MORALS THAT I HAVE, AND NOT ON ECONOMICS NOR POLITICAL IDEOLOGIES!

I really like you Fred but now I am having some doubts.

Global Warming? Really?

Global Warming STOPPED in 1998! That is a HUGE problem for Global Warming Advocates.
Is there such a thing as average global temperature? Looks like something is wrong with Global Average Temperatures.
Is the Temperatures Increase Accelerating? Looks like we are just moving along at a steady pace or not!
Is there really a thermometer for the Globe? Look like we need to reevaluate where we put that thermometer!
Experts, Real Scientists, Question Global Temperatures Looks like we have a problem Al.
Darn Those Scientists! - "I don't understand what 'Science' has to do with Global Warming." A.G.
But what about the Melting Glaciers? - The glaciers are falling! the Glaciers are falling! Really?
And Finally - Go here, see for yourself, read it all.

I am a scientist. I have a degree in Physics. I have studied all the other Climate Change advocate sites and almost everyone of them depend on 'science' that has been debunked and discredited.
For example, One site uses the average global temperature record to disprove that the Urban Heat Islands (UHI) have little effect on the overall temperature record, but the OVERALL temperature record INCLUDES the UHI. When you REMOVE the UHI data there is significant differences, in fact if you use the Satellite data which measures temperatures above the UHIs then there is NO GLOBAL WARMING there is COOLING!.

I am sick and tired of the Church of Man-Made-Global-Warming and it's high priest Al Gore playing on our FEARS!. We are in a warming period, an interglacial period, a natural cycle! These political scientist want to use this MYTH, this False Prophecy, this Man-Is-All-Powerful (Garden of Eden) ideology so that they can sliver into your pocketbooks and tax you without reason, without representation.

Now our 'Republican' representatives are falling for the lie promoted by the asp in the tree!
I hope that Senator James Inhofe, of Oklahoma continues to fight the idiocy of the situation.

I have a challenge for anyone who reads this blog. Find a temperature record for the past 8 years that shows that the global temperatures have increased since 1998. Also try your best to find how much the CO2 PPM record for 2005, 2006 and 2007. The linear 'exponential' growth is slowing down for the last two years from the maximum growth rate from 1998. The growth rate has been constant for the last 50 years. The current rate for the last 10 years is 1.72 Parts per Million per year. A closer look at the last years truly shows a SLOWING of the rate. That would be because the Oceans are cooling. That would be because the Solar activity is decreasing. Facts, facts, facts.

Lastly I would like to leave you with a list of the Scientist that do not hold to the Global Warming hysteria presented by the Mainstream Media and Left Wing Politicians:

The Hiding Place

When was the last time you read a good mystery without having to skip words, sentences and entire sections because of the vulgarity?

You should read 'The Hiding Place' by Barbara Kreger Washburn

About two years ago my wife began writing. A story was in her and in her words 'something inside kept telling me that I could and should write the story.' After many months she finished it. That was the first time she let me read it. I was amazed at how well her first novel was crafted. You might think that she had done this for a living.
Yes, I am bragging on my wife but not really. If it is good then it isn't bragging, right?

After she had our friend and scholar Mrs. Lykins read and edit it, Barbara began the humbling and often discouraging task of finding an agent or publisher. This was not fun to watch as my wife became increasingly discouraged and ready to give up the dream of having a book published, telling herself that she had accomplished enough by writing it. I would have none of that. I insisted that she continue to look for a publisher. I found a publisher advertising on the Zondervan website and pointed them out to her. So, along with many inquiries she sent them one also. And after months of rejections her acceptance letter arrived!

The Hiding Place, published by Tate Publishing & Enterprises, was released in November 2006. It is a murder mystery that takes place in Eureka Spring, AR.
Synopsis: Starting over-can it be as simple as packing up and moving to a new town? In The Hiding Place, twenty-seven-year-old Amanda White longs to escape her tortured past and start over. She moves to a quiet Victorian town nestled in the Ozark Mountains, unaware of the evil lurking there. From the first sentence to the last word, Barbara Washburn takes you through the twists and turns of suspense, fear, and murder, as Amanda's fairytale life becomes a nightmare. From out of The Hiding Place, Amanda is terrorized by a mysterious stalker who threatens to driver her over the edge.

All this page-turning action and no vulgarity, no unnecessary graphical language. In Barbara's words there is nothing in the book that she wouldn't want her mother to read.
I am biased, this is true, but I know that you would really like the The Hiding Place. This is a novel every member of your family will enjoy!
